Lead Veterinarian - Colorado Springs , Chewy

At Chewy Vet Care, were reinventing veterinary care from the ground up. Were building a culture where veterinary teams thrive every day. With the launch of new veterinary practices, we need a full?time Lead Veterinarian to join our Healthcare Practice Team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and assistants.
• Set high standards for veterinary medical care and ensure consistency across the practice.
• Hold team members accountable, provide coaching, and remove barriers to performance.
• Implement policies and procedures, coordinate technology, and deliver appropriate patient care.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (D.V.M.) from an accredited program.
• Current veterinary license in the state of Colorado.
• At least 23 years of experience in a clinical veterinary setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team?building skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, budgets, and quality metrics.

Compensation

Base Salary Range: $146,000$191,500 USD
