Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bankruptcy law, strong litigation skills, and a deep understanding of financial restructuring. This role requires a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and aligns with EOS principles of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Client Consultation: Assess clients' financial situations and provide strategic legal advice on bankruptcy options. Case Management: Handle bankruptcy filings, including Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 cases. Court Representation: Advocate for clients in bankruptcy court proceedings, creditor meetings, and negotiations. Legal Documentation: Draft and file petitions, motions, objections, and other necessary legal documents. Negotiation: Work with creditors to restructure debt and develop feasible repayment plans. Compliance & Research: Stay updated on bankruptcy laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure compliance. EOS Integration: Operate within the EOS framework, participating in Level 10 Meetings, quarterly planning, and goal-setting initiatives. Team Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals, financial advisors, and other attorneys to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Attend hearings I the divisional bankruptcy course for districts of TN, MS, and AR. Qualifications & Skills Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Strong knowledge of federal and state bankruptcy regulations. One to five years of experience, at least one year of which should be in bankruptcy matters, either debtor or creditor side. Excellent litigation, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work within a structured EOS environment, demonstrating accountability and leadership. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software. Commitment to client advocacy and ethical legal practices. TN law license is required. AR and MS licenses are pluses Why Join Us?
